delete command line

Hi
A  .386 file is opened in ida ,but all codes are undefined !
I press 'c'  for coded of program.
now  :
1:why this file is �undefined�?

2:how can I delete a command line of a program in ida disassemble to replace the next command line to previous offset? (e.g

after delete I want to following
