Just linked in a new resource under the reference library, an IDA SDK Reference Manul. The documentation is modeled off of the PHP documentation system. Each function, structure, etc... has it's own page complete with definition, example usage, caveats and user entered notes.

The forum interface will be revamped soon, to address the numerous complaints regarding navigation and readability difficulties ;-)
