Closer to radare 1.0

I'm proud to announce radare 1.0 beta... Please feed me with testing, bugs, ideas for the ongoing 1.0 planned for the next month or so...

I'm preparing some stuff for the release ..like a free-beer party with chiptune, demoscene, tshirts, sticks and sexy chicks

Changelog:

- Enhacements in the function and code analysis (af) (base for metrics)
- Some linux/mips64 debugger enhacements
- Added TouchTrace (fast debug tracing for x86 (not yet ported)) (Thx gadix!)
- Initial port for MacOSX-powerpc and intel debugger (thx pedro!)
- Initial port to Solaris and OpenSolaris (debugger)
- Compile support for GCC, SunStudio and TCC
- Support for !mp (memory protections), memory dumps, register get/set
- Still having problems with continuations :/
- Get local vars, function args and xrefs
- Make soft and hard breakpoints act in the same way
- Added ruby binding and enhaced python one.
- Fixes in the command parsing (@@ and pipes working better now)
- Added !fork and !lib for the debugger
- Use dbg.focus to avoid threading issues with the debugger
- Added pO (zoom overview) for traces and working in the debugger
- Nicer p% (progressbar) with bgcolor depending on datatypes
- Added conditional expressions for get_math (use ?)
- Watchpoints working again (need to use ? conditionals)
- Some endian-related fixups
- New write-with-xor command
- hasher renamed to rahash
- pw,pW,pq renamed to p16, p32 and p64
- temporally block size changes now possible
- Lot of work done for the book
- Full build support for waf and acr (also for maemo)
- Some minor usability fixups for the GUI
- Added /n for seeking between hits (n,N keys in visual)
- Integrate !maps with search.from and search.to (also for zoom)
- Make the seek and undo commands work separately (s- = undo seek, s+ = redo)
- Some scratchy work for mach-o files with rabin
- Added ranging output for 'at' (analyze opcode traces)
- Added dietpe to rabin (thanks nibble+esteve!)
- Added string support for refering to syscalls
- rasm can now use 'rsc asm'
- Ugly x86-64 debugger bug fixed (thanks elektranox)
- Added asm.os to be used for freebsd, linux, netbsd... (syscalls and so)
- Write assembly with cursor support
- Added '!dall' to dump all memory (thx ero!)

Thanks to all the people who shared my life and time during the development feeding me with ideas, beer and some lil patches.
