IDA Plugin Writing Tutorial v1.1

It's long overdue, but I'll be updating the IDA Plugin Writing Tutorial over the next few weeks, bringing it up to date for IDA Pro 5.4.

I'm still scoping out the amount of work required, but I suspect that there may be only minor changes here and there, plus some new functionality worth covering.

If there is anything in particular that people would like to see covered in the tutorial that was missing or lacked detail in the first version, please let me know.

Am at 93 pages - all that needs writing now is the last examples section plus some bits to include IDA 4.9 changes.

Ah, all refreshed and ready to finish the IDA plug-in writing tutorial, which is now at 62 pages!

I think I was overly optimistic with my original estimated 1 week until completion. I'll also be quite busy with work and going to Sydney for Ruxcon in a couple of weeks, but I'll do my best to have it done before then.
