As senior R&D Engineer for Appthority you will be on the cutting edge, helping to develop the industry�s leading system for automated Mobile App Risk Management. Specific responsibilities will include software development in C and Ruby, build out of software and infrastructure in the cloud, mobile OS and application reverse engineering, mobile malware analysis, and research and response to the latest mobile security threats.

Requirements:

� Expert-level skill in a programming language such as C/C++ or Ruby
� Significant experience working with Android or iOS
� Significant OS internals knowledge, in particular related to Linux, Mac OS X, Android or iOS
� Significant experience reverse engineering including disassembly and debugging
� Knowledge of x86 or ARM assembly language
� Passion for exploring and taking apart mobile platforms, applications, and hardware

Additional skills helpful for the role:

� Mobile malware analysis experience
� Mobile application development for Android or iOS
� Knowledge of mobile network infrastructure and protocols
� Experience developing or debugging mobile-related hardware
� Experience working with Amazon Web services
� Linux/Unix system administration/large infrastructure build out
� Previous experience working in the information security field
� Proficiency in a foreign language a plus
