Anyone been able to remotely debug a dll with IDA?  I can get it working fine with exe's, and I *think* you can use it with a dll (bottom of: http://www.datarescue.com/idabase/remotedebugging/remotedbg.pdf), but I can't seem to get it to start the application.  I've tried setting the 'application' and 'input file' parameters to the calling exe and the dll I'm debugging, in random combinations, but nothing seems to be right.
