Since Immunity is based on Olly 1.x no wonder why this is working..

This is the DbgHlp symbol file overflow bug.
It is known already, and the crash is not inside OllyDbg, but in the dbghlp.dll that OllyDbg carries. The bug was fixed in the DLL when Vista was released.

Yup, Peter is correct about that. I found the posts discussing similar bug at tuts4you couple of days ago.
