map file exporter plugin for ida pro by servil version 0.97 beta
targeted for ida 4.90

the plugin extends mapfile generating to export better information into
ollydbg. exported files can be processed by modified mapconv plugin included
in this archive.

featurws:
  - imports comments as comments and labels as labels
  - any segment
  - any module type (dll's at varbase)
  - extended by exporting local variables, enums, struct offsets,
    register variables and forced operands
