Does life reflect art or does art reflect life?  Age old question and XKCD certainly does not help answer it at the moment :)

Heh heh. I was thinking that XKCD was imitating life. I have relatives whose PCs often resemble the network in that picture...  Naturally I'm the one who ends up cleaning house when they start talking about buying a new PC because the "old one" (1 year old) is too slow.  ;-)
