The Art of Software Security Assessment - Identifying and Preventing Software Vulnerabilities (Amazon / Official Website) by Mark Dowd, John McDonald and Justin Schuh is a huge book. At more than 1100 pages its the fourth biggest book Ive ever read. It was quite a task to read it front to back and so it took me a while. Heres my review of the book.
