somebody is using my email "address" to send bugtraq subscribers some infected emails exploiting current IE and FF vulns , today i received an email from bugtraq they nicely asked me to stop this or they will ban me , but i never did such stupid thing . my pc is clean according to the latest AVs and antirootkits stuff i have installed . have you been in the same situation ?

The poeple are reaally out of the way. I have encountered an issues some what different from it. The best solution is you explain the cause to bugtraq guys.

This is becoming more and more prominent. If you remember back a bit someone posing as Pedram sent out an email to bugtraq, you have the frequent Gadi Evron impersonators, and more. Maybe its just a rite of passage, once you have been impersonated on Bugtraq you have really "made it". :) |

I read something similar in another forum about reverse engineering, was either RCE or ARTeam. But the point is, that someone complained that somebody else impersonate him and posted a malware under his name. |
