I cannot move away from books(read: google) when each time I look at what people do with microcontrollers. Very interesting link can be found here:

| Dennis, I really think it is worth learning as you can do so many things by yourself. As always, it is hard work to understand so many things - but if you understand the electronics' fundamentals laying behind the practical part, if you understand the microcontrollers' programming, take a look at FPGA.. you build more and more complex devices. | |
