Some small changes to IPython Shell for IDA Python

I'd like to thank for the good feedback about this.
I updated the script a little bit, just to tidy the code.

The console seems to work fine while doing static analysis.
If you run the debugger it blocks IDA while console is still running.
If you have any issues please let me know.
