this was pretty good for me, maybe not for experienced vulnerability researchers. 1 thing i didn't like was the assembly code..very messy & for some silly reason written in AT&T syntax. overall though, if you want to learn about writing exploits, this is a very good start.

Good, classic book that discusses a variety of subjects. The chapters are largely independent of each other as they were written by different authors.
