I'm wondering if a "miscellaneous" forum would be applicable for the site or would it just encourage off-topic posts?

Or am I just misreading the intent of "Brainstorms - General" as being intended as a place speciffically for brainstorming about reverse engineering projects?

For example, if you want to comment on the latest security/RE book/paper you've read, the "brainstorms" forum seems like the wrong place.
