Endeavor Security, Inc. is seeking a Research Engineer for a position located in McLean, Virginia. We are looking for a candidate with reverse engineering expertise and a strong development background. Suitable candidates will possess exceptional problem solving skills, a strong work ethic and an intense drive to produce their very best. Candidates will also need a strong background in C/C++ and user-land/kernel-mode Windows API.

Job Responsibilities:
* Research and evaluate state-of-the-art malware analysis techniques
* Design and implement automated analysis techniques
* Work with our core development group
* Manage source code trees under version control
* Document designs and system internals

The ideal candidate for these positions will likely meet the following requirements:

* Debugging expertise with a popular debugger (Olly, WinDbg, IDA)
* Demonstrable experience reverse engineering native Windows applications
* Demonstrable experience developing non-trivial applications in C/C++  
* Experience with a high-level language such as Python or Ruby
* Strong knowledge of Windows internals (APIs etc.)
* Experience managing source trees with CVS or SVN
* Knowledge of programming best practices
* Knowledge of secure programming practices
* Experience extending debuggers is a plus
* US Residency / Citizenship
