Just to let you know guys that PE Explorer 1.98 R3 is out.

Now supports unpacking of files packed with a number of UPX scramblers: Advanced UPX Scrambler, UPoLyX, UPX Lock, UPX Mutanter, UPX Scrambler, UPX SHIT, etc.

You should consider making your detection framework API open/documented so that other people can write their own plugins (and maybe submit them for inclusion, against a free license?).

It's open and documented. The plug-in API can be found within the PE Explorer package. Consult the PE Explorer help for the plug-in API: you can write your own custom start-up processing plug-in for crypted files handling and unpacking the packed files. PE Explorer plug-ins
