There's a frappr-like map here: http://www.openrce.org/gmap?width=1000&height=800 However it only displays users that have entered a lat/lng in their profile.

Like Drew said ... there is a map for this very purpose. People just need to get better at filling it out, and doing so accurately. I know there aren't a half dozen reverse engineers living out in international waters ;-)
