hello researchers ..

i m student currently doing B.E(Bachelor of engineering from Computer Science). I want to make my career in field of "Computer Security" . Can any body guide me .. how should i proceed , to take a job as security researcher in some good firm.

i Hope i will get some good answers because many of you here already passed through this situations ..
