Hello,
When opening an EXE file with IDA ("Load a new file") I can pick the options:
Create segments
load resources
rename DLL entries
Manual load
fill segment gaps
make imports segment
create FLAT group

can anyone here be kind and add more info what every option do and when should I checkmark each option?

For example when opening an exe file I have the following marked by default - rename DLL entries , make imports segment
And cannot checkmark the following (disabled) - Create segments , fill segment gaps.
